With the heat of summer fading into the humid night, several of the country’s top fashion and accessory designers and brands showcased their latest collections at the Greenbelt 5 Fashion Walk last Saturday, May 11 The show Style Origin 2013, Ayala Malls' series of fashion and lifestyle events that runs until July.
In a nice cocktail dress that foretold the looks to be seen that evening, television personality Karen Pamintuan hosted the one-hour fashion show that saw more than 50 models sashaying down the runway.
The show paid tribute to some of Bonifacio High Streets’ innovative Filipino designers as well as luxury brands. From bags to jewelry to suits and swimsuits, the event was eye candy to everyone who saw the show — fashion lovers or not.
There are so many retail brands that joined this fashion show, brands like Speedo, Sperry Top Sider, Onitsuka tiger, Superdry, Gap, Muji, Springfield, Mango etc.
